Flushing

Hello every one. This is a job I am doing for the nicest people in Flushing
Queens. They allowed me in there home, so they could go to see there
son in law who just had some surgery. We all hope he will have a
speedy recovery. So the job is changing the vanity and taking up the
tile floor and retiling. The floor came off ok except by the shower that
is where the plywood is. After we stripped the floor we used a product
called level quick. Well it does what it's called, it leveled the floor
now tomorrow it can be tiled. So thats our day we will show you the
tilled floor tomorrow. Have a great night.

Kenny's House

   Things are coming together we
put up 5/8 sheetrock in the whole
room. Now with the sheetrock up
you can see that there are no walls
separating the kitchen, dining and
living room. My next blog will have a
new product on it. See you tomorrow.

Kenny's House

Well you can see a little bit better that the whole room is open.
All the lighting is finished and we are just waiting for the
sheetrockers.

Kenny's House

Ok we did alot of ripping, we ripped all the walls and the
ceiling. In this bottom picture this was the wire chase for the house. All the electric went in this area. The top pictures are our new ceiling,we framed out a flat area that will be over the kitchen island. We had done a ton of new electric in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Most of the electric in the house is new. There was also a lot of electric that wasn't to code that needed to be changed. So this is most of the rough framing and electric that was done. When i post the insulation and sheet rock pictures you will see how everything has come together. If you want to see something else in the pictures let me know I will post them also. See you tomorrow with another great day at Precision Plus.

Kenny's House

This is before and after shot. We took out this window opened
up the wall put a 10 foot header in and installed a 3 panel
one operating panel Pella Door. This door opened up the whole
room. Very good choice by the homeowner.

Kenny's house

This was a fun day. We had to take out everything,we changed the header took out the electric and redid all the framing inside and out. The window that we put in was smaller so it would not block the couch inside. You will see the layout of the job as I put up more photes. So tell me what you think.

Kenny's House

This is Kenny's house the front window and the front door will be changed.
This is the old kitchen and one of the windows that are getting changed.
The pic on the left is the back window with the wall that is coming out. The pic on the right is the front window. Just to give you a little before shots of all the ripping out that we will be doing on this job.

Website is up and running again.

Well our site is back on. We are working on a very cool job I have alot of pictures that I will put on the site. There are two more things that I will be adding to the blog. Finding the "right" contractor

Whether you’re looking for a small remodeling project, or a new home, there are many “unseen” parts of it thatshould be done correctly using the proper techniques and materials. Alternatively, it can be done taking short cuts, which in many cases, you might not realize until problems arise down the road. When choosing a contractor, there is obviously a trust factor involved, making it important to choose one with a high sense of integrity and professionalism.

Each construction project is really a prototype something that has never before been done in exactly the same manner, with exactly the same people, and using exactly the same materials. As such, your main concern should not be “price”, but the caliber of the person, or people, you will be hiring.

We don’t take short cuts. We want to be up front in telling you that, so if you’re shopping prices, our price will probably not be the lowest, and you will be wasting your time with us. We prefer compliments about us, to complaints to us.

For the above reasons, expect us to explain to you the “how’s” and “why’s” we intend to construct your project as we prefer. Only by understanding what is involved, and why various aspects should be done a certain way, can you make an informed and intelligent decision. We want our work and services to be correct and long lasting, as well as beautiful!

Thank you for considering our company to serve your needs.
